We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to download and use ExpensePilot on your device for personal, non-commercial expense tracking purposes only.
ExpensePilot is designed for personal expense tracking and budget management only. The app does not provide financial advice or professional financial services.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account, ensuring information accuracy, and complying with all applicable laws.
Premium Features: Optional premium features like cloud sync are provided via subscription.
Payment: Subscriptions are billed securely through Google Play Billing.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time through Google Play Store.
No Warranty: ExpensePilot is provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranties.
Financial Losses: ExpensePilot is not responsible for any financial losses or incorrect calculations resulting from app usage.
Data Loss: We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, accidental deletion, malware, or other causes.
All content in ExpensePilot is owned or licensed by ExpensePilot and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
ExpensePilot uses Google Firebase and Google Play Billing, subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. However, if you are a resident of a country where Indian law cannot be enforced, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of your country of residence. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, unless local law requires otherwise.
